We are hiring passionate and highly motivated Customer Service Case Managers in our Automotive Administrative Division Here at Sedgwick we are hosting a Career Fair and we are hiring passionate and highly motivated Full Time Customer Service Case Managers in our Automotive Administrative division! Come in for an interview with our team on June 22nd from 10:00am- 1:00pm and 3:00pm to 6:00pm. What we are looking for: •Excellent verbal & phone de-escalation skills •3+ Years of customer service required •Automotive Industry knowledge/ background (beneficial not required) •High energy level with a sense of urgency •Highschool Diploma or GED required •Post high school coursework preferred Position Details: •De-escalate customers with prolonged vehicle issues •Liaise between manufacturer, dealer, and customer •Administrative tasks/data entry •Build and maintain client/customer relationships •Strengthen clients' brand & maintain trust between client and customer What to expect: •Please be advised the entrance is badged with Stericycle •Dress to impress •In person interview with the team (30 mins) •Have copies of your resume •Upon entry candidates will need to complete a COVID questionnaire From $17.00 per hour for entry level positions
