Our next LEX 530 Wine Dinner will be on Friday, July 16, 2021, in Elkhart. Our next LEX 530 Wine Dinner will be held on Friday, July 16, 2021, at the LEX 530 Event Center in Elkhart, IN. This Southern themed Wine Dinner will feature premium wines selected by LEX 530 Wine Director, Stan Minden, to pair with Executive Chef Chad Coryn’s delectable four-course dinner. There will be live music by Checkmark Sallie. The event begins at 6:00 pm with dinner starting at 6:30 pm. Each course is listed below. The wines have not yet been finalized. Reception: Passed hors d'oeuvres. Paired with an assortment of different wine options. First Course: She-crab bisque, oloroso sherry, old bay rice croutons Second Course: Lightly blackened Atlantic grouper, smoked bacon and heirloom tomato succotash, pea shoots, lemon thyme beurre blanc Third Course: Grilled quail, dirty rice stuffing, Andouille spoonbread, wilted greens, pepper jelly gastric Fourth Course: Warm beignets, powdered sugar, chicory ganache We look forward to seeing everyone at this delightful Southern themed Wine Dinner. There is limited seating for this event and we expect it to fill up fast. We are located at 530 E. Lexington Avenue in Elkhart. Guests must be at least 21 years of age, with a valid ID. Tickets are $100.00 (tax not included). You must purchase your ticket by noon on Friday, July 9th.
