Quick paint job above shower and bathroom ceiling fan cleaning

I have a rental property with a tenant in the apartment, I live out of town and need help with a quick job within the next few days. The paint above the shower has been peeling and falling down into the shower. I’m not 100% sure what is needed to fix the issue to be honest, it may just be paint, maybe a little prep. Then, the ceiling fan in the same bathroom is a bit clogged up and just needs a quick cleaning. I can pay by app, check, just about any way except cash because I won’t be in the area. If everything goes well, I have other jobs at the property available in the future as well. If interested please respond with your qualifications, what you think it would cost (I realize there isn’t a lot to info go off of, but it’s the best I got from here), and when the soonest is that you’d be available to knock it out.
