We get together monthly to laugh, connect, and even vent. June 29, we'll be at Indianapolis Art Center with Sweat & Sip. Mavens, join us! Get ready for fun and fitness with Sweat & Sip! We're all about the outdoors in June, and what better way to enjoy the summer weather than by getting our blood pumping at Indianapolis Art Center? We're partnering with Sweat & Sip Fitness Parties to bring you 3 mini workout classes: yoga, SWERK, and circuit training; some sweet tunes served by local female DJ Wild Woman; and drinks for purchase by Vino Mobile Bar. This is a private member event, but we are opening up 25 spots for non-members for $10 each. We'd love to have you join us! We'll start at 6 p.m. with some time to connect and catch up, hear from Sweat & Sip Founder Anne O'Brien, do 3 mini fitness classes, and end with some post-sweat sips. Psst! Don't fret if you don't have any previous experience with any of these types of fitness classes. All you need is your smile, yoga mat, and water bottle!
