Perfect for students who would like to take their skating to the next level while getting a full body cardio workout. It’s designed to be both fun and challenging. This class takes your skate skills and workout to another level. This class is all skating but packs a fitness punch. We use local and national skating styles to deliver a full body workout set to a fast paced playlist. The moves and the music never stops. Fast paced and you must have prior roller skating experience
