Free for all autism & disability related professionals Special Recognition, Dr. Cathy Pratt Dr. Pratt is the director of the Indiana Resource Center for Autism and the Indiana School Mental Health Initiative at Indiana’s Institute on Disability and Community, Indiana University, Bloomington.
