Urban Foraging with Veggie Mijxs Philly Come foraging with Veggie Mijxs Philly & Lady Danni, ig:@ladydanni1, on Saturday, June 26th, from 10am-12pm est.! Join us to learn about the abundance of edible and medicinal plants we have growing right in our city! We will meet in Fairmount, at the Lloyd Hall Rec Center and head across the street to Lemon Hill. This event is for the BIPoC community only. NOTE: Parts of the walk will include stairs and inclined slopes. "I"m Lady Danni Morinich, owner of Landed Gentress Handcrafted Herbals. My mission is to gain a vast knowledge of the edible and medicinal benefits of local and indigenous plants and weeds, to share that knowledge and hopefully demystify and normalize the regular use of the plants that grow around us, especially in an urban environment. I share herbal videos on IG as @ladydanni1 and on YouTube as Landed Gentress. I co host tours with Wild Foodies of Philadelphia and monthly Wild Foodie meetups on Zoom the 2nd Wednesday of each month. I've appeared in Sierra Club's magazine on BIPOC foraging Wild Food for All"
