Exciting opportunity to work for a growing real estate development company in the Boston area. Applicants should have multiple years experience in the construction field with a strong understanding of residential construction practices. The available job is for part-time to full-time work with a variable schedule based on current project volume. The ideal candidate has a carpentry background with the desire to transition into a full-time project manager/construction supervisor role in the future. Job Responsibilities: - Picking up materials from vendors and delivering to jobsites as needed - Miscellaneous carpentry and labor tasks - Supervising subcontractors when the project manager is unable to be on site - Effectively communicate job expectations with all subcontractors - Miscellaneous carpentry and labor tasks - Job site clean-up Must have: - Valid driver's license - Vehicle (pick-up truck preferred) - English speaking - Residential Construction knowledge
