Join us for this hands on cooking experience as we create two no-bake desserts, the Italian classic, Tiramisù and a modern twist with Espresso Mousse! You will sample along the way and make a personal dessert to take with you. It is sure to be a fun and fabulous class with Mark Pritchard. Come to learn what we make with these special Ingredients! In addition to our educational museum, the Center offers a variety of opportunities for individuals as well as groups to take part in programs and events at the Center. Classes in language, cooking and folk dancing are offered on a regular basis. Italian travel and cooking videos are shown as well as Italian movies. Group tours are encouraged.
