Join us on Tuesday June 29th for a fun and engaging workshop with a scenario-based activity to prepare for disasters and establish high-performing local Resilience Hubs, Spaces and Blocks, led by Neighborhood Empowerment Network director, Daniel Homsey.
The workshop is part of the NorCal Resilience Network's Resilience Hubs training series, and open to the general public.

About the Facilitator: Daniel Homsey is a thought leader in the community disaster resilience space and has been recognized for his work by the UN, CDC, Harvard's Ashe Institute and FEMA for his expertise in fusing classic emergency management goals with modern community organizing techniques.

The mission of the NorCal Community Resilience Network is to activate, and support community-based and ecological solutions to climate change, economic instability and social inequity. We are building a diverse coalition in Northern California that helps to build capacity for grassroots projects and programs; broaden support for and build solidarity in the movement to build regenerative, locally-based and equitable communities.
