Learn to cook a new dish during your lunch hour. In this lunch and learn class Chef Tazia will demonstrate how to make a delicious Southern Style Bacon Mac & Cheese all while you enjoy a delicious lunch of mixed green salad topped with some of our Olivelle house made dressing. You will also enjoy a serving of the mac and cheese. Cost for this lunch is $25 per person. No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of event Please notify us if you have any allergies. Adjustments can not be made during class. Know we will be taking all precautions regarding COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class. Chef will be wearing gloves and hand washing stations are located throughout the kitchen. You will be served a delicious mixed green salad with house made dressing while the Chef demonstrates how to create the bacon and pimento mac and cheese all while giving you tips and suggestions on using flavored oils and vinegars in your cooking. You will enjoy a serving of the mac and cheese at the end of the class. Chef Tazia is a full time employee here at The Cook's Station. You will find her downstairs on the retail floor most days or teaching cooking classes in the evenings.
