Shannon Oaks Apartments has an immediate need for a Make Ready/Painter, this is a full time position. The Make Ready performs general repairs and maintenance associated with apartments. The Make Ready also prepares the unit for rental, including painting the units.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Check/replace lights if necessary
Check apartment appliances
Check and repair general plumbing system (toilet, sink, shower, etc.)
Paint units
Repair walls, ceilings, and tiles
Change AC filters
Minor electrical work
Other duties may be assigned as needed
