You must have your own reliable vehicle and Power Wash Equipment. We are looking for a dependable Steam Cleaning / Pressure Wash Crew to clean Retail Shopping Center’s sidewalks and trash enclosures at night. Jobs pay $350 - $750 per night’s work depending on the jobs. - We pay by the job. - We pay every Friday. - You may be an will be an independent contractor – 1099 or W-2 Employee. Power Wash Job description: - Clean all common area sidewalks (including spills and gum). - Squeegee off any water splatters on store front windows. - Clean trash enclosures, floors, walls and doors. Areas of service: Coachella Valley Minimum Equipment Requirements: - Hot & cold water - 3,500 PSI - Pump 5 gal. plus per minute. - Water tank.
