This dinner is a celebration of 5 of our favorite dishes throughout the last 5 years. We hope you enjoy these reimaginations of them as much as we enjoyed preparing them.
1st - Grilled prawn, oyster stuffed fried prawn head, green ravigote, fried lemon
2nd - Pan roasted octopus, house bacon ends, butterbeans, Steen’s vinegar gastrique, herbs
3rd - Sweet potato gnocchi, pork neck bone ragout, pickled trinity, crispy black eyed peas, ricotta salata
4th - Chicken roulade, foie gras dirty rice, roasted mushrooms, mascarpone gravy, summer vegetable caponata
5th - Sticky toffee carrot cake, carrot caramel, creole cream cheese ice cream, candied carrot
