Capstone Building Services is a small building maintenance company completing commercial landscaping and facility maintenance work in the Las Vegas valley area. Currently looking for a Crew Lead/Operations Manager position with the following requirements: - 3 years of experience in the landscaping industry as a laborer - 1-year management experience (supervisor, supervisor, etc..) in the commercial building maintenance industry - Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week ( We offer a flexible schedule throughout the week. Work will be done in the A.M) - Additional experience with talking to or selling to customers maintenance person work, painting, plumbing, electrical, or other facilities skillsets are highly valued Responsibilities/ Additional Information: - Complete weekly landscaping maintenance on commercial sites. This includes hedge trimming, tree trimming, trash/weeds removal, debris removal, irrigation (lateral line repair, PVC repair, emitter repair, timer repair...) - Supervise and manage others and be able to identify and communicate issues - Maintain consistent and concise communication with a manager - Open to the possibility of a future full-time position - Speak professionally to customers in person or over the phone and maintain a high standard for crew and company - Reliably answer phone throughout the week and open to some potential extra paid projects/jobs - Must have a high motivation for completing and managing excellent building maintenance. Employees should be consistent, flexible, and driven to grow into a larger and higher-paying role in a small growing company. Job Type: Part-time to Full-time starting at $18.50/hr with growth potential for pay and hours
