Reach a cosmic level of relaxation and openness in this 90-minute Yin Yoga & Crystal Healing Experience! Reach a cosmic level of relaxation and openness within your body as you gently move through postures of the expressive Yin and allow the healing energy of Intuitively selected crystals to wash over you. Yin is the practice of intentional stillness in Yogic postures for a short yet extended period of time. The time allows the body to experience the tensions, strength, and inevitable surrender to the posture. This 90 minutes experience will include an Alchemical Crystal Sound Healing & Crystal Connection Mediation to seal the energetic bodies and our time together. This class offers an interactive crystal practice and two large crystal grids to energize and open the portals of our being. You’ll choose from 3 crystals to work with during the class session as well: - Selenite wand for crown chakra opening - Rose Quartz for heart center balancing - Choice of a piece of Garnet or Shungite for grounding and stabilization These three intuitively chosen crystal allies will support you during this Yin class. The practice has been designed align with the energy of the crystal allies to intentionally deepen the connection and experience. This is an all-levels Yin class. All being and bodies are welcome.
