Buti Yoga is a SOULFUL blend of power YOGA, cardio-intense tribal movement, and deep abdominal toning. It uses the Spiral Structure Technique by modeling the way ENERGY moves in nature – a spiral. By applying this DEEP spiraling engagement, it brings students into their bodies and EMPOWERS them to go beyond ‘working out’ to truly MOVE from within.
