Lori Archer Lori started practicing yoga 20 years ago as a yoga enthusiast. She ventured toward many different lineages of yoga. In 2000, she certified as a yoga teacher and started her journey to provide others with the benefits of yoga. As she continued teaching, she realized her calling was specific groups rather than general fitness yoga. In 2010, she started Synergy Yoga and opened her location at Top Speed Strength and Conditioning in 2012. She quickly realized she could help athletes improve their performance while also providing a way to keep them more injury resilient. Lori has worked with athletes from a variety of different sports at high school, college, and professional levels, and has been able to apply yoga from different lineages to give her students a yoga program to best suit their endeavors.
