Prairie Capital Chapter of the SIU Alumni Association at the Sangamo Surf Club. Join the Prairie Capital Chapter of the SIU Alumni Association for an afternoon and evening of music, food, and boating. Entry is free. Food and beer trucks will be on-site, along with full-service indoor and outdoor bars. Arrive by boat or car! There's plenty of docking and parking available. As the largest and oldest organization on campus, the SIU Alumni Association has been proudly serving SIU alumni and friends since 1896.  It seeks to engage alumni, students, and friends of the university by preserving SIU traditions, promoting pride in an SIU education, and facilitating opportunities for students and alumni to connect professionally.
