Position: Project Manager/Construction Location: Pleasanton Hours: Monday through Friday and on call rotation Compensation: Depends on Experience / Exempt The Opportunity: The Project Manager is the oversight and management of the project cycle for water-fire-mold restoration projects. Primary Responsibilities: Using Xactimate software to estimate residential and commercial water, fire and mold restoration projects Project Management - Develops project plans and budgets; Coordinates projects; Communicates changes and progress; Completes projects on time and budget; Manages project team activities; Estimating and managing emergency services projects Responding to property damage emergency calls; Negotiating restoration services and insurance claims settlements Planning, developing and managing crews and subcontractors Establishing and maintaining client relationships Attending all appropriate company meeting and company sponsored training sessions On-Call rotation Skills and Experience Requirements: 3-4 years Emergency Restoration (Fire, Water, Smoke, Mold) experience required IICRC Certification XACTIMATE Experience Knowledge Program Work Ability to work both independently and as a team Excellent communication skills, good time management skills Ability in problem-solving Strong sense of urgency Our Benefits Include: Competitive pay Health, Dental and Vision Plans Paid Time Off/ Holiday Pay Educational Assistance 925-705-3987 or 925-719-1846 SPEEDY RESTORATION INC. is an Equal Employment Opportunity, Minority, Women, Disability, and Veteran Employer.
