Prime Analytical Labs a contract testing laboratory located in Concord, CA is looking for a Janitor for Part-Time work on weekends, 8 to 16 hours a week. Duties • Sweep and mop floors. • Clean building by emptying trash, sweeping, and cleaning surfaces. • Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces. • Mix various cleaning agents. • Once a month clean windows, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees. • Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean. • At least once a quarter apply wax to coat floors and buff. • Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants. • Identify and report possible repairs. • Spray insecticides and fumigants to prevent insect and rodent infestation. • Other duties as needed. Job Requirements • High School • Able to follow written instructions such as standard operating procedures (SOP’s), safety data sheets for chemicals, etc. • Must speak and write English • Willingness to learn. • Great initiative • Strong work ethic . Must be legal to work in the US . Must pass background check . Must pass drug test Physical requirements • Able to lift at least 30 lbs. as needed. • Able to walk and move constantly to clean the facility.
