Hotel Maintenance Person Needed - 1 Day Per Week

Healdsburg Inn on the Plaza is a small boutique hotel located in downtown Healdsburg. Our historic building offers 12 guestrooms right downtown on the Plaza. We are seeking a part-time general maintenance person to help us one day each week (we can be flexible on which day for the right person - Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). Preferably this individual will also be available on-call for emergency situations. Experience and skillset required. Tasks will include the following items: -Touch up patching and painting -General plumbing repairs -Minor electrical repairs -Building maintenance to include gutter cleaning, power washing, etc. -Replacing bathroom fans and other small electrical appliances -Lock repairs -Sweeping or blowing parking lot -Assisting in lifting heavy objects such as furniture, mattresses, etc. -Other duties as assigned
