We are a year round firewood Company looking for drivers. Job includes driving, loading and unloading of trucks with firewood by hand. Carting wood into restaurants and residences. Must be 22 years or older with an excellent driving record and 2 years licensed driving experience. We service SF Oakland Marin Napa areas. Deliveries are anywhere between 1.5 hour max to 5 minutes away. Industries: Firewood Delivery / Loading and Unloading SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Delivery Driver is responsible for the delivery, loading at yard and unloading of product to customer locations. This may include restaurants or a residence. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for the delivery of Firewood and other Heating products throughout the bay area. - Ensure truck is properly loaded and load secured; truck is in operational condition LICENSE - Valid CA Driver's license is required - 3 years licensed. (Class C). - Clean Department of Motor Vehicle record. - 22 Years or older due to Insurance requirements ESSENTIAL ABILITIES: - Follow GPS directions. - Able to maneuver a 12' or less flatbed truck. - Ability to work efficiently and safely. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: - Ability to lift 80 pounds. - Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing and pulling. - Hand dexterity and strength. WORK ENVIRONMENT: - We work outside in all weather conditions
