Description
Steady, reliable “jack of all trades” person needed for site maintenance at various multi-unit property locations in south BayArea. Will be part of the maintenance division of a rapidly growing property management firm based in San Jose, with portfolio of managed properties in Santa Clara, Monterey, San Mateo, and Alameda Counties.
Will be responsible for a variety of maintenance work at multiple locations. Must be able to work from ladders (gutter cleaning), lift at least 50 pounds, push garbage bins, perform carpentry and touch-up painting, perform minor electrical repairs (change bulbs, ballasts, photo cells, diagnose lighting/electrical issues). Must be able to speak and write English. Will use and operate a company truck and equipment, so a clean DMV record is required. Must maintain excellent relations with residents. Computer skills (email and work order documentation) a plus.
