The Opportunity We have an immediate opening for an Experienced Full Time Gardener in our Landscape Maintenance Divisions in San Francisco. Responsibilities Perform all routine Gardener maintenance tasks proficiently, with an ability to work independently on client job sites. Performs all Gardener duties with a general direction from Crew Leader and other levels of management. Qualifications - Able to operate all field equipment. - Perform proper pruning techniques for trees and shrubs common to job sites. - Able to perform plant identification, pesticide applications and other general horticulture skills. - Perform and develop irrigation repairs and time clock programming skills. - Perform all Gardener maintenance tasks proficiently, with an ability to work independently on sites - Implementing CL instructions and/or other supervisor requests. - Able to troubleshoot basic horticultural and operational problems. - Good communication skills. - Insurable California Driver's License. - Bilingual in Spanish a PLUS Benefits Benefits available include - medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, 401k plan & Employee Stock Ownership Plan ESOP and other employee-based incentive programs.
