Flooring company seeks temp to hire warehouse associate. This position helps keep the warehouse functions running efficiently and successfully on a daily basis. The successful candidate will have general flooring warehouse experience, be motivated to succeed and have a positive, team-oriented attitude. Duties include but not limited to: • Efficiently process inventory with control to ensure accuracy • Cuts materials, stages orders and issues material according to company standards and guidelines. • Accurately and efficiently receives shipments according to company standards and guidelines. • Operates equipment and performs duties in a manner to avoid injury, risk and damage to people and property. • Organizes and stores inventory to promote workflow efficiency and safety. • Maintains warehouse cleanliness according to company standards. • Recycles pad bailing Bilingual in Spanish/ English a plus. Must be able to learn all positions in warehouse. Able to learn our software systems and have no problem with the physical labor of unloading carpet deliveries, etc. Current forklift certification highly preferred. Flooring/construction required.
