Residential Property Valuation - This is an elective class 30 Hours/ 2 Broker Credits$350 plus $50 for the Textbook. The class is offered on Thursday from 9:00 - 1:00 PM on Thursdays from 8/2/2021 - 9/1/2021. This is course CR009300 as approved by the PA Real Estate Commission. The total cost of the classes is $400 and includes the book and the class. The amounts will change at check out depending on whether you want to pay by check or pay by credit/debit card. We do not offer refunds to students after the first week of classes. Books can be returned if they are unmarked and in like new condition. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You do not need to bring your printed ticket. What should I bring to class? You should bring what you would normally bring to a class - a notebook to take notes, a pen or pencil, a highlighter if you like to highlight your textbook.
