Property Management - This is an elective class 30 Hours/ 2 Broker Credits $350 plus $50 for the Textbook This is Course CR009244 as approved by the PA Real Estate Commission. Classes meet each Thursday at our convenient location in Chambersburg close to exit 16 off of 81. We are next door to Ledo's. We ask that students park in the back portion of the Ledo's parking i.e.please park past the dumpster. The total cost of the classes is $400 and includes the book and the class. We do not offer refunds to students after the first week of classes. Books can be returned if they are unmarked and in like new condition. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You do NOT need to bring your printed ticket. What should I bring to class? You should bring what you would normally bring to a class - a notebook to take notes, a pen or pencil, a highlighter if you like to highlight your textbook.
