The lucky player was Larry Potter, a resident of Fauquier County. Potter's prize came from the Virginia Lottery's "100X The Money Game." He discovered he'd won while he was filling up his gas tank. "I was ecstatic," he told lottery officials as he claimed his prize. "I was beside myself!" Potter's $500,000 prize is the second prize in this particular games.
