NORTH HAVEN, CT - A North Haven resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On June 14, Rita Delvasto, of North Haven purchased a 30X Cash 8th Edition ticket from the New Green Acres Package Store in North Havenand won $30,000.
