Labor Finders is immediately looking to hire a Staffing Manager. We are currently looking for individuals that have worked in the Staffing Industry, preferably. Labor Finders is an industrial staffing firm that has been in business since 1975 and has about 200 locations nationwide. Account Manager Job Overview: Generating new business through outside salesMaintaining or exceeding the target Gross MarginDeveloping service strategies for existing and prospective clientsEnsure excellent customer service is provided by branch team at all times.Manage and analyze Profit and Loss statements for the branch to maximize profitability and minimize cost.Follow the direction of the Regional Manager. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience is highly preferred.Experience in the staffing industry is highly desired.Working knowledge of IA employment laws.Business professional attitude with extraordinary customer service skills.Passion for interacting with people, meeting daily challenges and solving problems.Ability to resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently.Current, Valid Driver's License.Pre-Employment Background Screen.
