We're looking for an experienced individual who is able to work directly under the super intendant building new residential homes throughout North Seattle. Requirements -Has a drivers license and reliable transportation (having a truck is a plus) -Has general hand tools and basic power tools (drills + saw) -Able to frame up walls and soffits -Able to build retaining walls, patios, fences -Experience using pneumatic nailers and general construction tools -Experience hanging doors and/or installing base/door casing is a plus -Experience with a paint sprayer a plus -Able to work independently, follow instructions, and be a reliable member of the team What we offer -A secure and positive work environment, frequent raises and project bonuses.
