Elderly Couple Looking for Housekeeper

I am a 70 year old man who is paralyzed and confined to a wheelchair. My wife is 69 years old with osteoarthritis and some mobility issues. We need help but we are on a fixed income. We are looking for someone who has references and also able to pass a background check. We need help with general house cleaning, organizing, unpacking and storing medical supplies and meal prep. We are looking for someone who is available in the afternoons for roughly 12 hours per week spread out over three days.
