We are currently hiring for immediate employment for epoxy and polished concrete foreman and laborer technicians. We are looking for motivated and career minded individuals that want to be part of a growing industrial flooring business with room for growth and advancement! We are searching for stable, reliable, and trustworthy employees. Our office is based out of Bellevue but our job sites vary daily from Everett to Olympia. Responsibilities: Lead a crew of 3 -5 employees (potentially more down the line) Maintain tools Complete daily checks of equipment. Concrete placement by hand pouring our overlay Hand finishing including edge, float, and hand trowel. Knowledge and execution of best practices. Hand grind concrete to be finished. Keeping tools organized. Operate power tools. Supervise and train laborers Experience in applying epoxy floorings is a plus but not mandatory - will train If you have a second qualified individual that would like to move into our company at the same time we would be open to taking on a second person as well. Requirements: -Foreman experience with excellent organizational and leadership skills desired - not mandatory. -Must have a good attention to detail and problem solve. -Ability to communicate and report effectively on projects. -Must have valid drivers license. -Must speak English however Bilingual is preferred. -Must be willing to perform to our high standards. -Resume preferred
