Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 06/14/2021 5:00 AM 2021-1591, Accident with Injury: On 061321 at 5:15 a.m., Sheriff's Deputies responded to a report of an accident in the area of RT126 and Hopkins Road in Kendall Township. During the investigation, 39-year-old Brian Klenner from the 900 block of Omaha Drive, Yorkville was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after being treated for minor injuries.   2021-1592, Criminal Damage to Property: On 061321 at 9:56 a.m., Sheriff's Deputies responded to the 0-99 block of S Bereman Road in Oswego Township for a report of criminal damage to property. The investigation is ongoing. 2021-1592, Criminal Damage to Property 2021-1593, Domestic Battery: On 061321 at 1211 p.m., Sheriff's Deputies responded to a report of a domestic battery in the 2400 block of Light Road, Oswego Township. There were no injuries and the investigation is ongoing.  2021-1594, Driving while License Suspended: On 061321 at 12:14 p.m., Sheriff's Deputies stopped a vehicle operated by Giammoda Miller, a 21-year-old male from the 0-99 block of Scarsdale Road, Oswego Township. Miller was cited for driving with a suspended driver's license and released on her own recognizance. 2021-1595, Driving while License Suspended: On 061321 at approximately 2:16 p.m., Sheriff's Deputies stopped a vehicle operated by Chasaty S Ivy, a 23-year-old female from the 3000 block of W 21st St, Chicago. Ivy was cited for driving with a suspended driver's license and released on her own recognizance.   The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. For additional press inquiries, please contact [email protected]                                                                                                    06-14-21 2021-1600, Traffic Crash with Injury: On 06/13/2021 at 2138 hours, deputies responded to a report of a crash with injuries on Bristol Ridge Rd near Division St in Bristol Township. Tristan W. Obrien, a 19 year old male from the 0-99 block of North St in Bristol, was transported to Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora by Bristol-Kendall EMS for non-life-threatening injuries. Obrien was cited for improper use of an off-highway cycle, driving in the wrong lane, operating a motorcycle without a headlamp, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
