Description
Location: Monterey
Duration: 1-9 days (full 8 hour shifts)
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Load in and setup of all coffee partner spaces, including signage and supplies
● Manage a detailed and accurate supply inventory
● Respond to partner needs and feedback promptly, maintaining stock levels and removing waste and grey
water
● Ensure that Monterey County Health Department regulations and COVID-19 best practices are adhered to at all
times
● Manage time effectively, working with your team to prioritize and complete tasks
● Work with the Experience Production team and external partners and stakeholders to ensure the success of
their experiences
QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS
● Foodsafe Level 1 is an asset
● Previous experience in a food and beverage, retail or barista role is an asset
● Experience leading a food and beverage program is an asset
● Able to operate basic machinery, such as pallet jacks and handheld dollies
● Able to work well under little supervision, with excellent time management skills
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills
● Proactive and resourceful
● Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
● Organized and detail-oriented
● Calm, kind and discreet
● Fluent in English
● Able to stand for long periods, and participate in physical work and heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs
