I have a 6 1/2 year old son. I am looking for someone to care for him either in their home or mine. He will be doing part -time summer school in July and has appointments throughout the week in Silverdale. He is Autistic and verbal and has been in therapies since he was 2. I would prefer to sponsor someone to get the Individual provider so that they can get paid from the state so they are able to get health insurance and vacation benefits and mileage for driving him to his appointments. I then supplement the wage as well if the individual needs additional hours. I can have some flexibility to his schedule. My last nanny is having to leave and she has been with him for 3 1/2 years.
