Install Attic Stairs

This is Salisbury. I'm looking for someone to install stairs to an attic. Must have battery power tools. House has no power. I have an idea for a simple design but open to other ideas as well. End result should be neat looking access to the attic and stair or ladder. I'm also looking for 3 similar additional access points to be installed with a panel that will allow access with a separate latter if needed as some other point in time. I can pay handymen/carpenters about $35/hr if they work efficiently. The fee is equivalent to 5 hours @ $35/hr plus $10 for gas. I need pictures showing completion. I imagine this is about a 1/2 day project. My budget is $175 for labor and material cost as low as possible while still looking good (we can discuss different options to minimize material cost).
