PART-TIME MAINTENANCE PERSON: Needed for Darlington County area apartment site. Approx. 27 hours/week, daytime hours preferred. Pay based on experience. Great opportunity for an individual with basic knowledge of painting, plumbing, and carpentry. Some yard work and heavy lifting required. Must have dependable transportation and own basic hand tools. Must be honest, dependable, able to work with minimal supervision, and must have great communication and planning skills. Credit, background check and drug test required.
