The Team Coordinator worker is an extension of the critical leadership functions that are executed daily by the Supervisory staff. This role has no direct supervisory responsibility, and the responsibilities listed below are encompassing of a Team Coordinator. They may vary based on departmental assignment. Key Responsibilities:   Performs daily start up meetings, which include safety topics, staffing assignments and warm-up activities. Verifies all activity logs are accurate and turned in on time.                 Supports the location supervisor in communicating daily and weekly goals and projections.                 Monitors department labor, moves team members as needed and attends meetings.                 Focuses on safety and quality while teaching proper techniques and coaching for new behaviors if needed.                 Reports all system, hardware, sorter and team member concerns or policy violations to a supervisor or any other member of the leadership team.                 Assumes main contact role on the floor in any given department while continuing to conduct general warehouse worker duties.                 Passes all applicable certification and driving requirements to become licensed to operate equipment in the location. Basic Qualifications:   Able to stand/sit/walk for long periods of time. Preferred Qualifications:   Six months of previous supervisory and/or distribution experience and cross-functional experience                 Forklift certification                 Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook)
