To the CenturyLink install guy who came to my office today: I'm sorry for yelling at you. I took out my frustrations about the company you work for on you, and it wasn't necessarily your fault. I try not to make anyone's day worse, and I'm afraid that I did just that. I shouldn't have taken out my frustrations on you.
I know we are all dealing with a lot, and I am truly sorry for having been rude to you. I hope you can accept my apology.
