DOYLESTOWN, PA — The Central Bucks Regional Police Department has issued an arrest warrant for an 18-year-old driver in connection with an April crash. On April 30, Liam Scully, 18, of Doylestown, was traveling at a high rate of speed when he lost control of the vehicle, causing it to leave the roadway and strike a tree. Two passengers suffered serious injuries, police said. Toxicology reports indicate Scully's blood alcohol concentration was above the legal limit for a person under 21 years of age, authorities said. A criminal complaint has been filed and police are asking anyone with information regarding Scully's location to submit a tip online or call 215-345-4143. Scully faces charges of aggravated assault by vehicle while driving under the influence, recklessly endangering another person and aggravated assault by vehicle, among others. Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
