PLEASANTON, CA — Live horse racing will return to the Alameda County Fairgrounds in Pleasanton on Friday.
Horse racing will continue every Friday through Saturday through July 18, plus Monday, July 5, the fairgrounds announced. Post time is at 2:45 p.m.
Stakes races will take place June 26, July 3 and July 10, with $75,000 guaranteed for each day.
There will be 1 p.m. racing seminars with tips and picks hosted by Dennis Miller and Craig Braddick.
The fairgrounds will debut a contactless payment system and rewards program through Trio.
