Hi. We live in rural TN, but are from Royal Oak, MI. We are looking to purchase a home to spend our "Golden Years" in in Royal Oak or surrounding areas. We are "old school" seniors around 60. We can't afford more than 130k. We have a home to sell in Athens, TN. Lovely Craftsman in a small town btwn. Chattanooga and Knoxville in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains. Great place to retire.  I have a rare hereditary blood disease and very few places treat it. None in a 200 mile radius of me in TN. 3 places treat it in the greater Detroit area. One is Beaumont Royal Oak.  We have been trying to move home for my treatment for 3 years but the housing prices in the Woodward Corridor are more than we can afford. The realtors here won't sell our home until we have secured housing in Michigan. I would prefer that as well. It has been so hard to find anything livable We have a yorkie mix and 2 chihuahua mixes. So, nobody will rent to us, even temporarily.  If you have a house you are thinking about selling and the foundation, electric, plumbing and roof are good, and are maybe a senior looking to go into something smaller, and would like to help a couple of really good people out, and help me get the treatment I can't get here, could you contact me at toza37@ yahoo.com.
