Personal Assistant to High Profile Health Coach – Located in Newport Beach, CA The hours would be 10:30 - 6:30. Can be live-in as well for the right candidate. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Exceptional Organizing skills for different areas of the house Running errands Tidying up kitchen and living space as needed Walking the dog Set up / break down for digital events Light laundry Personal assistant tasks as needed Take children to karate, friends’ houses, etc Meal prep snacks and meals as needed Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 3 – 5 years of previous experience supporting high profile individuals Highly organized and task oriented Self-Starter - must have a proactive approach to all tasks Flexible – no task too high or too low Reliable Located in Orange County or surrounding areas - Trustworthy / discreet Must have a reliable vehicle with a valid dver’s license and a clean driving record Must be able to pass a background check Teen and animal friendly Must be flexible with schedule and comfortable handling last minute requests – may need to work 8-12 hours a day and some weekends.
