Local commercial and residential maintenance company is seeking a full time maintenance technician for residential building maintenance and improvements. The qualified technician will be interacting with other maintenance technicians, property managers, and tenants. Basic knowledge of building maintenance and handyman skills are required. The qualified candidate will possess the following requirements and skills: - Basic understanding of building and property maintenance - Ability to work and complete tasks by themselves with minimal supervision - Capability to complete work orders - Clean and professional - Problem solving skills - Adapt and follow direction well - Good communication skills - Friendly customer service and etiquette -Great attitude Skills/Duties: - Light carpentry - Plumbing - Electrical - Painting - Drywall installation - Basic knowledge of power tools
