Stolen coachman in Clintonville

Description

Today somebody stole a priceless coachman from in front of my house in Clintonville. I went outside at around 3:15pm and it was there. Then around 4:45pm I went outside to do yard work and it was gone!! The person who stole it cut the lock/chain, and they ripped the electrical wiring out and messed my houses fuse box up!! If returned I am offering $200 reward, but if returned and it leads to an arrest I am offering $500!!!
