I have about 500 sq ft left of vinyl plank to put down. In a 2 bedroom condo. Simple work, floor already stripped down to subfloor. Nothing to move. I'll do the cutting along the way so you don't have to bother with it. Already have spacers, a cutter, hammer, and block. Have nice kneeling cushions too to use. You can keep all 4 brand new knee pads, and flooring tools once done.
