As a part of the crew, you are an integral part of our daily operation. The interaction of passengers with crewmembers is a large part of their overall experience. Your hard work ethic, friendly demeanor, and attention to detail reflect greatly on the way Cap’n Fish’s Cruises is perceived as a company. You will take direction from and report to the vessel Captain. Objective & purpose Follow directions of the captain Greet passengers as they arrive on board and collect tickets. Stock and sell food, beverage, and merchandise onboard the boat. Be able to perform daily lifting up to 50lbs. Maintain vessel cleanliness before, during, and after trips. Come to work willing to learn about the vessel and basic seamanship. Be willing to jump in and help out other members of the team as needed. Core Roles & Responsibilities Safely handle the dock lines. Be knowledgeable of the location of all safety equipment on board as well as its function. Participate in safety drills as directed by the Captain or Port Captain Participate in a random drug testing program. Perform all duties associated with the ship's station bill.
