Essential Job Functions: • Managing the grounds and performing the physical labor needed to maintain healthy landscapes • Ability to plan and organize the needs of the grounds • Operate landscape equipment and tools • Maintain and operate irrigation timer and valves • Manage vendors, schedules, and expectations Required Skills: • Three years experience in landscape maintenance • Ability to work outdoors majority of the day • Excellent organizational skills • Driver's license and clean driving record • Industry related training • Lift/carry and move objects 60 lbs or more, bend, climb, squat, kneel, and stand up to 7-hours per day
